Job summary

Sodexo Ltd is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Operative to enhance our corporate site’s grounds and facilities. You will perform grass cutting, hedge trimming, planting and general upkeep to keep outdoor areas attractive and safe.

The role covers seasonal duties, water feature maintenance and support for site projects. A full/part time on-site position with perks and development opportunities is available.

Qualifications

• Experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping or horticulture.
• Good attention to detail and high standards.
• Physically fit for outdoor work; full UK driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out grass cutting, strimming, edging, hedge trimming, pruning, planting and weeding.
• Maintain landscaped areas, flowers, shrubs, ponds and water features.
• Seasonal duties including leaf clearance, snow clearance and gritting.
• Keep estate clean, tidy and safe via litter picking and bin maintenance.
• Operate grounds maintenance equipment safely and follow RAMS and PPE.
