Job summary

We can SolviT Recruitment LTD is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Operative for a client in Lighthorne. The role is full time (temp to perm) with an urgent start and a £14.29 per hour rate.

You will travel across Warwickshire, the West Midlands and High Wycombe, performing grass cutting, hedges, gritting in winter, and related maintenance tasks. The position requires a full driving licence with minimal penalty points, age 25 or over for insurance, and hands-on grounds maintenance experience on

Qualifications

• Full driving licence with no more than 3 penalty points.
• Be aged 25 or over (insurance requirement).
• Hands-on paid experience in grounds maintenance on commercial sites.

Responsibilities

• Travelling to sites across Warwickshire, the West Midlands and High Wycombe.
• Grass cutting, mowing and strimming.
• Hedge maintenance.
• Gritting over the winter.
• Working within a small team.
• Taking photos of completed jobs and filling in digital forms on a smartphone.
• Monday to Friday hours, plus some on-call work via a rota.

You’ll need to:
