Job summary

Ground Control Limited is recruiting a Grounds Maintenance Operative for our Green Park site in Reading. You will perform routine and specialist tasks such as grass cutting, strimming, hedge trimming, spraying, pruning and litter picking, using a range of equipment and safely maintaining tools and PPE.

You will record work with mobile tech and collaborate with colleagues to hit quality targets, with a full 40-hour week and a permanent contract.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar grounds maintenance role.
• Good understanding of health & safety procedures and safe equipment use.
• Full UK driving licence (preferred).
• PA1/PA6 spraying qualifications and/or horticultural certification (desirable).
• Proactive, professional attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Grounds Maintenance Operative Location: Green Park, Business Park, Reading RG2 6GP Salary: Above Real living wage Contract Type: Permanent Typical Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
