Job summary

Pinnacle Group is recruiting a Grounds Maintenance Operative to maintain and improve outdoor spaces in Nottingham and across Nottinghamshire. You will cut grass, trim hedges, plant and weed, and operate gardening tools with care daily from 7:30am to 3:30pm on weekdays.

The role requires a full driving licence, practical knowledge of safety regulations, and a customer-focused approach as you support housing sites and public sector projects.

Qualifications

• Full driving licence required.
• Experience using gardening power tools desired.
• Knowledge of health and safety legislation and procedures.

# Grounds Maintenance Operative## Job IntroductionPinnacle Group are looking for a diligent Grounds Maintenance Operative to ensure our outdoor spaces are well-maintained and visually appealing. You will be joining our Grounds Maintenance teams who are based in Nottingham and travelling to sites across Nottinghamshire.Our Soft Facilities Management division delivers essential services to homes, schools, universities and public sector organisations – including housing providers and blue light authorities. We focus on creating clean, safe and welcoming environments, with a commitment to quality, community impact and customer care.. Your responsibilities will include mowing lawns, trimming hedges, planting, weeding, and general landscape upkeep of housing sites (new builds, extra care sites and sheltered accommodation).You will have a keen eye for detail, be physically fit, and possess a strong work ethic.
