Job summary

Pinnacle Group in Bromley is recruiting a Grounds Maintenance Operative to keep outdoor spaces across housing sites well-presented. You will mow lawns, trim hedges, weed beds, and clear debris, using mowers, strimmers and leaf blowers, while following health and safety rules.

This temporary, full-day role (7:00–15:30) offers a hands-on outdoor role within the Soft FM team, with driving responsibilities between sites and a focus on maintaining clean, safe outdoor environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Physically fit with good stamina.
• Safe operation of mowers, strimmers and leaf blowers.
• Valid driving license is required.

# Grounds Maintenance Operative## Job IntroductionPinnacle Group is seeking an experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative based in Bromley to ensure that outdoor spaces across numerous housing sites are well-maintained and well-presented. You will be responsible for a variety of landscaping tasks, including mowing lawns, trimming hedges and shrubs, weeding flower beds and pathways and performing general upkeep such as clearing debris. You will operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment safely and efficiently, following all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.The ideal candidate will have proven experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping, be physically fit, able to work in all weather conditions and possess a keen eye for detail.You will be joining our Soft FM team based in Bromley, Our Soft FM team is responsible for a wide range grounds maintenance services across the Bromley and Kent area.This is a full time permanent position, working 7AM-3:30PM Monday to Friday**Who we are**Pinnacle Group is a market-leading national provider of housing, neighbourhood and workplace services.
