Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Horsham is seeking Grounds Maintenance Operatives to join our outdoor maintenance team. The role involves grass cutting using strimmers and mowers, site cleanliness, and operating vehicles and equipment across sites in Hampshire, Surrey, Sussex, and Kent.

You will undertake landscaping tasks, ensure safety, and follow health and safety policies. Full UK driving licence preferred, ability to work outdoors in all weather, and good teamwork.

Qualifications

• Ideally have strimming experience previously.
• Happy to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Full UK driving licence to get to site.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Comfortable with manual, physical work.

Responsibilities

• Carry out grass cutting using strimmers, pedestrian mowers, and ride-on mowers with trailers (full training provided).
• Maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of all sites.
• Operate, maintain, and care for vehicles and equipment.
• Perform hedge cutting, shrub and border maintenance, pruning, and leaf clearance.
• Undertake landscaping and environmental improvement works, including turfing, seeding, and planting.
• Work safely at all times, following health and safety regulations and company policies.

for our well-established client, who provide landscape maintenance and soft landscaping services to local authorities across Hampshire, Surrey, Sussex, and Kent, serving commercial, public, and private sectors.

Location:

Horsham

Agriculture

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm

Pay:

£12.71 per hour (no experience required)

Up to £14.50 per hour (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
