Job summary

Pinnacle Group are seeking a diligent Grounds Maintenance Operative to keep outdoor spaces well-maintained and visually appealing. You will join our Grounds Maintenance teams based from our office in Tulse Hill and travel to sites across South London.

Responsibilities include mowing lawns, hedge maintenance, planting, weeding and general landscape upkeep. A Full UK driving licence is an essential requirement due to the mobile nature of the role.

Qualifications

• Full driving licence required.
• Experience using gardening power tools.
• Knowledge of health and safety legislation and procedures.

• Mowing, edging, and maintaining lawns to keep them neat and healthy.
• Trimming and shaping hedges, shrubs and bushes to promote growth and appearance.
• Removing weeds from flower beds, pathways and landscaped areas.
• Planting flowers, shrubs, trees and preparing soil and beds.
• Clearing debris, litter picking and sweeping pathways to keep outdoor areas clean.
• Safely operating machinery such as mowers, strimmers and leaf blowers; maintaining tools and equipment.
• Driving company vehicles to transport equipment and access multiple sites as required.
• Performing seasonal duties like leaf clearing, frost protection, or site preparation.

Pinnacle Group are looking for a diligent Grounds Maintenance Operative to ensure our outdoor spaces are well-maintained and visually appealing. You will be joining our Grounds Maintenance teams who are based from our office un Tulse Hill and travelling to sites across South London.

Our Soft Facilities Management division delivers essential services to homes, schools, universities and public sector organisations – including housing providers and blue light authorities. We focus on creating clean, safe and welcoming environments, with a commitment to quality, community impact and customer care.

Your responsibilities will include mowing lawns, trimming hedges, planting, weeding, and general landscape upkeep of housing sites (new builds, extra care sites and sheltered accommodation).

You will have a keen eye for detail, be physically fit, and possess a strong work ethic. If you are passionate about creating and maintaining beautiful, safe outdoor environments, we would love to hear from you.

Due to the mobile nature of this position, a Full, UK Driving Licence will be an essential requirement.
