Pinnacle Group is seeking a diligent Grounds Maintenance Operative to keep outdoor spaces well-maintained and visually appealing. The role is based in Leicester with travel to sites across Leicestershire; hours are 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday, and a full UK driving licence is essential.

You will mow lawns, trim hedges, plant, weed and carry out general landscape upkeep on housing sites. The successful candidate will be physically fit, detail‑oriented and committed to safety and customer

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Driving company vehicles and transporting plant, machinery and equipment.
General maintenance of grounds (grass cutting, debris, leaves, litter, hedge and shrub trimming).
Use of gardening equipment, powered hand tools and ride on machinery.
Maintenance of vehicles and gardening machinery.

Job description

Pinnacle Group are looking for a diligent Grounds Maintenance Operative to ensure our outdoor spaces are well-maintained and visually appealing. You will be joining our Grounds Maintenance teams who are based in Leicester and travelling to sites across Leicestershire.

Our Soft Facilities Management division delivers essential services to homes, schools, universities and public sector organisations – including housing providers and blue light authorities. We focus on creating clean, safe and welcoming environments, with a commitment to quality, community impact and customer care.

Your responsibilities will include mowing lawns, trimming hedges, planting, weeding, and general landscape upkeep of housing sites (new builds, extra care sites and sheltered accommodation).

You will have a keen eye for detail, be physically fit, and possess a strong work ethic. If you are passionate about creating and maintaining beautiful, safe outdoor environments, we would love to hear from you.

This is a full time position where you will be working 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday and a full UK Driving Licence is essential for this role.
