Pinnacle Group Limited is seeking an experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative to ensure outdoor spaces across housing sites are well-maintained and presented. You will perform mowing, edging, hedge trimming and weed control, and operate groundskeeping machinery safely in all weather conditions.
You will join our Soft FM team based in Enfield, with responsibilities across multiple sites in the South East. The role is full-time, 7:30AM-4PM, Monday to Friday.

Pinnacle Group is seeking an experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative to ensure that outdoor spaces across numerous housing sites are well-maintained and well-presented. You will be responsible for a variety of landscaping tasks, including mowing lawns, trimming hedges and shrubs, weeding flower beds and pathways and performing general upkeep such as clearing debris. You will operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment safely and efficiently, following all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping, be physically fit, able to work in all weather conditions and possess a keen eye for detail.
You will be joining our Soft FM team based in Enfield, Our Soft FM team is responsible for a wide range grounds maintenance services across the South East of the country.
This is a full time permanent position, working 7:30AM-4PM Monday to Friday
