Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Operative
Hourly Rate of Pay: £13.85

Total Weekly Contractual Hours: 40
Location: Regional Recruitment - Dartford, England, DA1 1BP
Requirement: Full UK Driving License

Responsibilities

• Grass and hedge cutting
• Border maintenance
• Clearing leaves
• Spraying and applying horticultural treatments
• Litter picking
• Using hand tools and powered horticultural machinery to maintain sites and external areas to a high standard
• Deliver additional winter services such as gritting, clearing snow and installing Christmas trees
• Report site hazards and other relevant information to management
• Operate a range of vehicles, machinery and equipment in accordance with health and safety procedures
• Undertake additional training as required

Requirements / Qualifications

• Full UK Driving License (required for some roles)
• PAI & PA6 spraying license (desirable, not necessary)
• Passion for working outdoors
• Willingness to work across agile and flexible environments
• Good understanding of smartphone technology
• Previous grounds maintenance experience is desirable but not necessary
• A full driving license is preferable as some roles require use of company vehicles
