Job summary

Pin Point Recruitment in Burton-on-Trent is seeking multiple Grounds Maintenance Operatives to keep local grounds in excellent condition. You will perform mowing with ride-on and pedestrian mowers, pruning, weed control, shrub and border maintenance, and litter picking as part of a team of horticultural staff.

The role runs Mon-Fri 7:00-16:30 on a temporary contract with a pay rate of £12.71 per hour. A reliable, safety-conscious attitude and the ability to work outdoors in all weather are

Qualifications

• Prior grounds maintenance experience.
• Full valid UK driving licence.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather.
• Reliable with safety-conscious mindset.

Responsibilities

• Mow and maintain lawns using ride-on and pedestrian mowers.
• Prune, weed, trim shrubs and borders.
• Perform litter picking and general horticultural duties.
• Support other grounds maintenance tasks as required.

About the role

We currently require multiple Grounds Maintenance Operatives to join our team in Burton. You will keep several local grounds in a wonderful condition for our clients through grass cutting; using a ride on and pedestrian mower, strimming, pruning, weeding, shrub and border maintenance, litter picking and any other related horticultural duties.
