Job summary

Bromford Flagship LiveWest is seeking a grounds maintenance operative to care for communal spaces and engage with residents across Burntwood and surrounding areas.

You will operate equipment (training provided), travel between sites, and contribute to welcoming, well-maintained environments while delivering strong customer service and working as part of a diverse team.

Qualifications

• Experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping, or willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
• Comfortable using technology and basic mobile devices.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service to people of all backgrounds.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Basic DBS required (we'll arrange this).

• Maintaining communal green spaces welcoming for everyone.
• Engaging with residents from diverse backgrounds and delivering high-quality service.
• Operating equipment such as mowers, hedge cutters, and brush cutters (training provided).
• Traveling across Burntwood and surrounding areas, ensuring safe environments.
