Job summary

McArthurGlen Designer Outlet in Bridgend is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Operative on a temporary basis. The role is outdoors, performing general grounds upkeep to keep the site clean, tidy and well maintained.

Key tasks include operating an on-site vehicle, watering and tidying landscaped areas, and grass maintenance. A full driving licence is essential; the start date is 31st August with a 7:30am start and 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Grounds maintenance or gardening experience is desirable
• Full, valid driving licence is essential
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Physically fit and able to carry out manual duties
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

About the Role

We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team at McArthurGlen Designer Outlet in Bridgend on a temporary basis.

This is a hands-on outdoor role, carrying out general grounds maintenance duties to help keep the site looking clean, tidy and well maintained.

• Good attention to detail and a pride in maintaining high standards
