Job summary

Think Recruitment are seeking Grounds Maintenance Operatives to join a leading West Midlands provider, based in Stourbridge. You will work in a two-person mobile team providing high-quality grounds maintenance, including grass cutting, hedge trimming, pruning and weed control.

The role may be fixed-term or permanent with a 45-hour week (Mon-Fri) and paid travel time, plus regular summer overtime. Competitive salary and progression opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Experience in grounds maintenance or gardening.
• Ability to work as part of a mobile two-person team.
• Willingness to work variable hours with potential summer overtime.

Responsibilities

• Grass cutting to maintain neat, safe areas.
• Hedge and shrub trimming to standard levels.
• Pruning and weed removal/treatment as required.
• Support in general garden maintenance tasks on site.

Hours: Hours can vary from day to day depending on the location of site, travel time paid. 45 hours Mon - Fri. Regular additional summer hours.
