Grounds Team Member

Location: Guildford

Who We're Looking For:

• A lover of the outdoors with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a team.
• A clean driving licence holder (or willing to obtain one).
• Flexible, able to prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.

Experience:

• Relevant professional experience is desirable but not essential.
• Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tend, plant, and cultivate the gardens at RGS and RGS Prep.
• Maintain the grounds and facilities at all three sites.
• Prepare pitches for rugby, football, and cricket, including seasonal changes.
• Liaise with and supervise external contractors as directed by the Grounds Manager.
