Job summary

Pinnacle Group are seeking a diligent Grounds Maintenance Operative to maintain and enhance outdoor spaces within Wembley and sites across North and Northwest London. The role supports housing sites and requires a full UK driving licence.

Hours are 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. The company emphasises safety, customer service and a values-driven culture within its Soft Facilities Management division.

Qualifications

• Full driving licence is essential.
• Experience using gardening power tools is required.
• Knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Mowing lawns and maintaining lawns to keep them neat and healthy.
• Trimming and shaping hedges, shrubs and bushes.
• Removing weeds from flower beds and pathways.
• Planting flowers, shrubs, trees, and preparing soil and beds.
• Clearing debris, litter picking and maintaining outdoor cleanliness.
• Safely operating machinery such as mowers, strimmer and leaf blowers; maintaining tools.
• Driving company vehicles to transport equipment and access multiple sites as required.
• Carrying out seasonal duties like leaf clearing and frost protection.
