Job summary

Westminster Communities of Florida is seeking a Groundskeeping Supervisor for the Maintenance Department. You will oversee flower beds, shrubs, hedges, irrigation, and lawn service contractors, reporting to the Director of Maintenance. Schedule is full-time with weekdays and every other weekend.

Qualifications include an Associate's degree or equivalent, English proficiency, and supervisory experience. HVAC certification and A/C credentials are preferred, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Ability to read, write and speak English and follow directions.
• Experience supervising maintenance staff and schedules.
• HVAC certification and A/C gas credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise assigned staff; coordinate work and schedules.
• Monitor daily, weekly and monthly tasks and work orders for maintenance.
• Maintain inventory and order maintenance supplies.
• Coordinate repairs with contractors and vendors.
• Train staff to troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and A/C systems.
