Job summary

Related Group is seeking a Property Maintenance Supervisor to support operations across multiple properties. You will oversee maintenance crews, ensure safety, and coordinate with the Property Manager on budgets and procurement.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, 3–4 years of supervisory experience, a valid driver’s license with auto insurance, and an EPA/CFC HVAC certificate. This role includes benefits and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years supervisory experience required in this or a similar role.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.
• EPA or CFC HVAC certificate is required.

Responsibilities

• Communicates status and outcomes of emergencies, property conditions, safety issues to the Property Manager as soon as practicable.
• Ensures employees are properly trained and have necessary equipment and resources.
• Follow budget guidelines and ensure inventory purchases are approved by the Property Manager.
• Maintain a safe working environment and educate employees on safety procedures.
• Develop and implement the property's hurricane preparedness plan with the Property Manager.
