Westminster Communities of Florida in Winter Park, FL is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain flower beds, shrubs, hedges and irrigation systems across the campus. The role reports to the Director of Maintenance with a full-time weekday schedule.

The responsibilities include debris removal, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and beautification of the grounds, along with overseeing the lawn service contractor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years related experience or training.
• Experience in landscaping/ground keeping.

Responsabilités

• Daily removal of debris and blowing sidewalks across campus.
• Clean gutters and downspouts and climb ladders when needed.
• Maintain irrigation equipment and oversee lawn service contractor.
• Beautify campus grounds for the entire property.
• Pressure wash walkways and driveways.
