Job summary

Haven Holidays is seeking an on-site grounds assistant to maintain the park and its landscaped spaces. You will care for flower beds, borders and grounds, contributing to a memorable guest experience through tidy, vibrant gardens year-round.

Experience in gardening or grounds maintenance is valued but training is provided. You must be 18+ and able to work in all weather conditions while handling physical tasks.

Qualifications

• A genuine interest in gardening, landscaping, or outdoor work.
• Basic plant knowledge (e.g., identifying weeds, pruning, seasonal care).
• Familiarity with tools and equipment such as mowers, strimmers, hedge trimmers, etc.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions and undertake physical tasks.
• Due to operating grounds maintenance machinery, candidates must be 18 years and over.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the park and grounds to the highest standard for guests, including care for flower beds, borders and landscaped areas.
• Help create a safe, secure and well-maintained space for all visitors through upkeep of the park's grounds and facilities.
• Contribute to a refreshing guest experience by keeping gardens and green spaces vibrant, tidy and in top condition year-round.
