Are you a skilled and experienced Ground Maintenance Operative looking for a new challenge?

Do you have a passion for gardening, grounds maintenance, and delivering excellent customer service?

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Ground Maintenance Operative to join a client we are working with out of Worcester for a Housing Association.

As a Ground Maintenance Operative, you will be responsible for undertaking gardening, garden clearance, and grounds maintenance for a range of properties in accordance with service specification and works schedule.

You will work as part of a team delivering gardening services, undertaking external maintenance work, and supporting the neighbourhoods team to manage our estates to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Undertake gardening, garden clearance, and grounds maintenance for properties and for other landlords, to agreed timescales and specifications.
2. Carry out external maintenance work such as slab repairs and fencing, within agreed timescales.
3. Use modern technology to support the delivery of the role on a mobile basis.
4. Deliver excellent customer service, responding to customer enquiries positively and politely.
5. Work collaboratively with your team and with colleagues across the association to share information; implement best practice and continuously improve service to customers.

Requirements:

1. Previous Ground Maintenance experience.
2. Ability to work outside in all weathers.
3. Physically fit due to ground conditions.
4. Hold a Full UK Driving License.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 7am till 3pm, with flexibility to work alternate weekends.
