Job summary

MBDA is seeking a Trials Engineer to deliver Ground Integration Trials at our Stevenage site. You will own test artefacts, lead a small team through ground test events, and generate formal qualification reports.

You will plan trials with partner companies and customers to demonstrate integration and gather evidence for GBAD ground trials, ensuring smooth facilitation of events with external test houses. You will work with systems engineering and design teams to secure necessary data, investigate

• Experience with ground-based integration and proving.

Responsibilities

• Own test artefacts, ensuring coverage and configuration control.
• Lead a small team to conduct ground integration test events and review results.
• Produce formal reports for qualification period outcomes.
• Plan trials with project stakeholders to demonstrate integration and gather evidence for GBAD ground trials.
• Facilitate events with external test houses and stakeholders.
• Liaise with systems engineering and design to acquire trials data and resolve issues.
• Develop and maintain risk assessments and manage hardware/software assets and configuration.
• Understand security impacts on trial environments.
