Premier Inn in Minehead, part of Whitbread, is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member on a permanent, part-time basis. You’ll greet guests, assist with check-in, serve breakfast or dinner, and help ensure a smooth stay for every guest. Shifts include evenings and weekends.

No hotel experience is required; friendly, calm and proactive team players are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided, with opportunities to grow across Premier Inn.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
