Premier Inn Bournemouth West Cliff is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member to warmly welcome guests, assist with check-in, and help run breakfast and dinner services. The role is varied with shifts including evenings and weekends.

This permanent position offers 30 guaranteed hours per week, pay up to £13.06 per hour, and full training. Located at 11-13 West Cliff Road, Bournemouth, the team provides a friendly, fast-paced hospitality environment where every day is different.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
