Job summary

Whitbread is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member at its St Albans/Bricketwood Premier Inn. You will welcome guests, assist with check-in, serve meals and perform duties to ensure a smooth guest experience.

No hotel experience required, training provided, and shifts include evenings and weekends. The role offers up to £13.56 per hour for 15 hours per week under a fixed term contract through January 2026, at Smug Oak Lane, Bricketwood, Radlett.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality not required.
• Friendly and helpful demeanor preferred.
• Able to stay calm during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in.
• Serve breakfast or dinner, including bar service and pouring drinks.
• Answer questions and help solve problems for guests.
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas clean and welcoming.
• Support teammates across the hotel during busy periods.
• Ensure guests feel looked after from arrival to departure.
