Job summary

Zing in the Faversham area is recruiting a Territory Manager to grow our FMCG grocery brand portfolio. You will manage a designated territory, build relationships with store decision-makers and drive displays and distribution through the grocery channel.

The role offers autonomy, a clear path to progression within the Avidity Group, a company car and fuel card, and a competitive salary with a 10% KPI bonus and a £300 retention bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience working in field sales or similar role
• Strong communications skills
• Excellent time management and territory planning ability
• Be self-motivated and results-driven
• A full UK Driving License (no more than 6 points and no previous bans)

Responsibilities

• Managing a FMCG grocery territory and planning visits around store manager availability to maximise opportunities
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with store managers and key decision makers
• Negotiating additional displays and promotional activity
• Driving distribution, availability and compliance across agreed product ranges
• Drive sales based on a solid selling story around our brands and category
