Job summary

Zing, part of the Avidity Group, is seeking a Territory Manager in the Faversham area to manage a FMCG grocery territory and grow distribution. You will build relationships with store decision-makers, negotiate displays, and drive in-store visibility for leading brands.

Ideal candidates will have field sales experience, strong communication, and a UK driving licence. The role offers a fixed-term, full-time contract with a Monday–Friday pattern and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales or similar role.
• Excellent time management and territory planning.
• Hold a full UK Driving Licence (no more than 6 points).

Responsibilities

• Manage a FMCG grocery territory and plan visits around store manager availability to maximise opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and key decision makers.
• Negotiate additional displays and promotional activity.
• Drive distribution, availability and compliance across agreed product ranges.
• Sell a solid story around our brands and category to drive sales.
