Job summary

Field Sales Solutions is seeking a Field Sales Representative to work with Ferrero and its iconic brands in UK grocery accounts. You will build strong relationships, drive in-store visibility and use sales data to influence listings and promotions.

The role offers a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, with a company car, tablet and mobile. Training and development are provided, with retailer discount and wellness support as part of benefits.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships with Grocery retailers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and time management skills.
• Ability to think strategically, analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
• Commercial acumen and a passion for FMCG brands.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with major Grocery customers such as Tesco, Sainsbury's, Asda & Morrisons.
• Drive visibility and availability for Ferrero’s brand portfolio within stores.
• Use sales data to engage key decision-makers and influence listings, orders and promotions.
• Identify new opportunities to grow brand presence and increase sales in the stores you visit.
