Job summary

Field Sales Solutions is seeking a Field Sales Representative to work with Ferrero in London. You will build strong relationships with major grocery customers, drive visibility for Ferrero brands, and use sales data to influence listings, orders and promotions.

The role requires a self-motivated individual with strong communication and negotiation skills. With a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, the position offers a competitive £29,000 base salary plus a performance-based bonus up to 11.5% (OTE

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with major Grocery customers such as Tesco, Sainsburys, Asda & Morrisons.
• Drive visibility and availability for Ferrero’s brand portfolio within stores.
• Use sales data to engage key decision-makers and influence listings, orders, and promotions.
• Identify new opportunities to grow brand presence and increase sales in the stores you visit.
