Job summary

Field Sales Solutions is seeking a motivated Field Sales Representative to work with Ferrero in the UK, focusing on building strong grocery partnerships and elevating Ferrero’s brand presence in-store. The role covers the Basingstoke territory and surrounding retailers.

You will drive sales through data-driven decisions, negotiate promotions, and collaborate with store teams to maximize listings and opportunities.

• Ability to think strategically, analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with major Grocery customers (e.g., Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Asda, Morrisons).
• Drive visibility and availability for Ferrero brands in stores.
• Use sales data to engage decision-makers and influence listings, orders, and promotions.
• Identify opportunities to grow brand presence and sales in visited stores.
