Field Sales Solutions is seeking a Field Sales Representative to work with Ferrero Grocery in Northampton. You will build relationships with major grocery accounts, drive product visibility, and use sales data to influence listings, orders and promotions.

The role emphasizes independence, strong communication and strategic thinking to grow Ferrero’s brand presence. The position offers 40 hours per week, a competitive salary (£27,000) plus performance-based bonus potential and company benefits,

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with major Grocery customers such as Tesco, Sainsburys, Asda & Morrisons.
• Drive visibility and availability for Ferrero’s brand portfolio within stores.
• Use sales data to engage key decision-makers and influence listings, orders, and promotions.
• Identify new opportunities to grow brand presence and increase sales in the stores you visit.
