Sainsbury’s is seeking a Customer Delivery Driver to bring groceries straight to customers’ doors with warmth and efficiency. You will operate a 3.5 tonne refrigerated van, follow planned routes, and ensure orders arrive in good condition.

You’ll perform vehicle checks, handle weights up to 15kg, and maintain clear communication with customers about timelines and any updates. A flexible, team-oriented approach is essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Sainsbury’s at doorstep deliveries, ensuring customers feel valued.
• Deliver groceries in a 3.5 tonne refrigerated van on time and in good condition.
• Carry out safety checks on the van and keep it clean and organized.
• Follow planned routes and drive safely through diverse traffic and weather.
• Communicate with customers about delays or changes to orders.
• Assist in-store when not delivering.
