Job summary

Loungers is hiring Chefs to join the Palomo Lounge kitchen, offering up to £12.71/hr + tips, paid breaks, staff meals from day one and 50% off food & drinks from day one. Join a busy, supportive team delivering all-day menus across a growing brand with 300+ sites.

You'll cook to spec, assist the Head Chef, keep the kitchen compliant with safety and allergen processes, and work closely with FOH to create exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Grill Chef, Line Chef or Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen.
• Able to work under pressure and maintain standards.
• Team player with good communication and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec, from tapas to all-day lounge breakfasts.
• Support the Head Chef with prep, service and standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe and prepped; follow safety and allergen rules.
• Collaborate with FOH to deliver a great guest experience.
