Job summary

Placrrecruitment Co is seeking a reliable Grill Chef for a part-time role in Hove. You will work on the grill in a busy restaurant, delivering high-quality meals and collaborating closely with the kitchen team.

The position starts part-time with the possibility of additional hours as the role develops. A relevant food hygiene qualification would be beneficial. £15 per hour, on-site work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food to a high standard.
• Operate the grill during busy services.
• Ensure orders are accurate and on time.
• Complete prep before and during service.
• Maintain cleanliness and kitchen organisation.
• Follow food hygiene and safety procedures.
• Monitor quality, portions and presentation.
• Support other kitchen team members as needed.
• Assist with opening/closing and cleaning duties.
