Honest Burgers in Bristol City Centre is seeking a Grill Chef who believes in fresh food and traditional hospitality. You’ll own and run the grill section, work with the Head Chef and Sous Chef, and help uphold kitchen standards, safety, and food quality.

This role offers £13-£18 per hour including service charge, with guaranteed full- or part-time hours, staff meals, a birthday day off, 28 days holiday, Refer a Friend bonuses, and progression opportunities to Grill Master after probation.

Qualifications

• Experience in grill section cooking and burger prep.
• Commitment to high kitchen hygiene and safety.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Running grill section and controlling the grill station.
• Managing health and safety compliance in the kitchen.
• Helping meet KPI targets for service and quality.
• Assisting in developing junior team members.
• Overseeing stock and COGS management for the grill area.
• Contributing to continual service and restaurant performance improvements.
