Job summary

The Real Greek in Westminster is seeking an experienced Chef to join our Mediterranean kitchen team. You will support the Head Chef, oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, and help translate traditional Greek recipes onto the grill with skill and care.

Qualifications

• Kitchen experience is essential.
• Experience on grill/prep/chef de partie preferred.
• Ability to work calmly under pressure and communicate clearly.
• Flexible with tasks and working hours in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of the kitchen while following Head Chef’s instructions.
• Support and communicate with the Head/Sous Chef and Restaurant Manager.
• Be in charge of the kitchen and daily orders when the Senior Chef is not present.
• Help manage stock levels and minimize wastage.
• Report equipment issues to Head/Sous Chef.
