Qualifications

About Harbour Beach Club

Officially launched in 2022, our stylish waterfront hotel and resort is located on the shores of Salcombe's South Sands Beach. The beachfront restaurant offers a seafood-inspired menu showcasing the best local produce. It features all-day dining with relaxed banquette seating and a wrap-around terrace overlooking the water. The resort’s exclusive event space with indoor-outdoor flow provides a chic beachside vibe and opens onto the lower terrace for outdoor dining. Our Beach Club Spa includes an indoor pool, sauna, steam room, and five treatment rooms.

The Role

We have a superb opportunity for a Senior Chef de Partie to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a high-volume restaurant serving fresh, quality food. Experience in pastry is desirable. You should have at least two years’ experience at Junior Sous or Chef de Partie level. Proficiency in achieving FCOS targets and familiarity with current food hygiene legislation, including kitchen risk assessments, are essential.
