Job summary

TRC Companies, Inc. is seeking an experienced consultant to join our Digital Grid Solutions team in EMEA, focusing on data management, data integration, and master data management for transmission and distribution networks.

Qualifications

3–6 years of experience in the energy/utilities sector, focusing on data management for networks and assets.
Proven experience with CIM/CGMES and data standards in grid projects.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills across technical and executive stakeholders.
Degree in CS, electrical/power engineering or equivalent industry experience.
Certifications like PRINCE2, PMP, TOGAF, CDMP are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Act as project lead on nominated customer projects and programmes, engaging with business, IT and operations.
Facilitate data management workshops and business process sessions with clients.
Advise clients on solution options, migration paths, and associated business value and risks.
Deliver data governance and network model management workstreams within projects.
Develop and maintain data mappings, validation procedures, and data quality checks.
Prepare technical documentation, guidelines, and reports on network model data and interoperability.
