Job summary

TRC Companies, Inc. is seeking an experienced consultant to join its Digital Grid Solutions team in EMEA. You will lead data management, data integration, and network model management, focusing on CIM/CGMES, NMM processes, and stakeholder collaboration across TSOs, DSOs, and data centres.

The role requires strong communication, data governance expertise, and ability to advise clients on migration paths and data interoperability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years in the energy/utilities sector with data management experience.
• Proven experience with CIM/CGMES and grid data standards.
• Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead data management activities and governance for client projects.
• Collaborate with IT and operations to translate requirements into workable solutions.
• Advise clients on options, migration paths, and risk with clear business language.
• Support Network Model Management (NMM) processes and data workflows.
• Prepare technical documentation, specifications, and governance reports.
