Job summary

EdgeConneX is seeking an experienced Power Infrastructure & Grid Delivery Manager to join our EMEA team in the UK. You will own end-to-end grid interconnection, coordinate with TSOs/DSOs, regulators, and cross-functional teams to keep large-scale data centre campuses on track.

You will drive grid feasibility, connection agreements, technical compliance, and programme milestones, while building trusted relationships across internal groups and with external partners to deliver priority projects on

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering grid connection or power infrastructure projects across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams (commercial, legal, engineering, construction).
• Knowledge of European grid connection frameworks and regulatory environments in at least one EMEA market.

Responsibilities

• Lead HV/MV grid connection delivery across projects from feasibility to energisation.
• Manage connection processes, grid capacity assessments, and coordination with DSO/TSO for on-time delivery.
• Escalate technical, commercial, or regulatory blockers with options and recommendations.
• Coordinate offsite grid connection or on-site substation works to align programme and interfaces.
• Interface with grid operators on all technical and commercial matters relating to project delivery.
• Coordinate grid workstreams across internal teams to integrate grid delivery into campus programmes.
