Job summary

Qualifications
- Significant engineering experience in power electronics or grid-connected equipment.
- Experience taking electrical products through validation, compliance testing or certification.
- Experience interpreting and validating against standards such as UL1741, EN 50549, IEC 62477, IEC 61508.
Responsibilities
- Own the product compliance and certification roadmap for Rimac Energy BESS and PCS products.
- Lead North American PCS and grid-interconnection certification activities, focusing on UL 1741.
- Lead European grid compliance activities, including EN 50549 and market-specific requirements.
- Translate standards into clear product requirements and test plans.
- Coordinate testing with external labs and certification bodies.
