Job summary

Delta Hotels by Marriott St Pierre Country Club in Chepstow, Wales, is seeking a dedicated greenkeeper to maintain the course and gardens, ensuring top presentation and playability for our members.

You will join a team under the course supervisor and managers, with opportunities for training, career development, and internal transfers within Marriott's global network.

The role offers 40 hours per week, weekends included, with meals on duty and uniform provided.

Qualifications

• Related Work Experience: Previous experience of manual working in an outside/gardening environment preferred

Responsibilities

• To perform general repair work to all course or gardens areas, to the required standard for the area, thereby maintaining presentation and playability levels
• To take part in project work on designated areas, for the improvement of the golf course
• Performs other related tasks as assigned by management.
• Complies with Marriott International Hotels Limited Regional Office policies and procedures.

The impact you’ll make: As a greenkeeper, you will work within both the greenkeeping and grounds areas, under the supervision of the course supervisor, deputy course manager and course manager. A greenkeeper will perform general repair work to all course or garden areas to maintain the presentation and playability levels to our golf members giving them a memorable and top service experience.
