Celsius Graduate Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Graduate Regional Sales Consultant to cover West Midlands, South Wales & Welsh Marches. You will build relationships, win new business and tailor engineering solutions for customers across a varied territory.

No prior sales experience is required as full training is provided; you will travel across the region, engage in CRM-driven planning, and advance towards higher performance through structured development and progression.

The Role

As a Graduate Regional Sales Consultant, you'll take ownership of your territory, working directly with customers to understand their challenges and deliver tailored engineering solutions.You'll be building relationships, winning new business, and developing into a high-performing sales professional.No prior sales experience is required — full training is provided.The territory includes Swansea, Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Cardiff, Gloucester, Newport, Hereford, Shrewsbury, Llandrindod Wells, Worcester, Dudley, and Telford.
