Celsius Graduate Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Graduate Regional Sales Consultant to cover West Midlands, South Wales and Welsh Marches for a global engineering leader.

You will earn a £32,000 base salary plus £5,000–£15,000 OTE, with a fully expensed company car and comprehensive benefits. No prior sales experience is required as full training is provided, and you will travel across the territory to build relationships and win new business.

The Role

As a Graduate Regional Sales Consultant, you’ll take ownership of your territory, working directly with customers to understand their challenges and deliver tailored engineering solutions.

You’ll be building relationships, winning new business, and developing into a high-performing sales professional.

No prior sales experience is required — full training is provided.

The territory includes Swansea, Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Cardiff, Gloucester, Newport, Hereford, Shrewsbury, Llandrindod Wells, Worcester, Dudley, and Telford.
