Job summary

ZEAL Network SE is seeking a creative and organised Graphic Designer for the 7days Performance content team in Norwich. You will produce engaging digital artwork for competitions, marketing channels and our website, from campaign graphics to prize thumbnails.

You’ll work across campaigns, paid ads and game themes, collaborating with content and marketing teams. A strong portfolio and proficiency in Photoshop/Illustrator are essential, with AI tools a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in a graphic design or digital design role.
• Strong portfolio of digital/commercial design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Understanding of typography, layout, color and composition.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Creating graphics for marketing campaigns and social media advertising.
• Designing main promotional artwork for new competitions.
• Producing instant-win thumbnails across prizes.
• Creating product thumbnails for raffle prizes.
• Developing visual themes and assets for Tap & Win games.
• Editing and retouching photography.
• Resizing artwork for website, email, social media and ads.
• Maintaining consistent visual identity across 7days Performance artwork.
• Managing multiple briefs and deadlines with teams.
