About the role:

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to work across our portfolio of clients and bring their brands to life in a visually engaging and creative way.There’s lots of room for growth in the role as we grow as an agency, and we’re really flexible on how that looks. We also believe that skills can be taught so if you like the look of this opportunity, think you have the right personality and traits but not necessarily the exact experience – we’d still love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality, on-brand creative assetsacross digital and print with minimal revisions
• Lead the visual execution of campaign concepts, bringing your own ideas to the table and collaborate with our clients, suppliers and team
• Confidently brief and quality-check workfrom junior team members and suppliers
• Maintain and evolve brand consistencyacross all client touch points
• Liaise with external suppliersfor print and production – ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery
• Actively contribute to creative reviews and workshopsto shape campaigns and design thinking
• Stay up to date on design trends, platforms, and tools tocontinually raise creative standardswithin the agency

Skills required:

• Advanced proficiency inAdobe Creative Suite(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Confident designing forweb, social media, print, branding, and presentations
• Strong working knowledge ofMicrosoft Office, especiallyPowerPoint, Word, and Excel, to support client decks and branded docs
• Ability to use and understand WordPress, including uploading content, optimising visual layouts, and maintaining consistency across pages
• Understands how creative fits into performance – how design supports engagement, conversion, or brand goals
• Able to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise tasks without sacrificing quality
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with strategists, copywriters, developers – and coordinating with external suppliers and printers

Skills that would be useful but can be taught:

• Video and sound editing – fit for social media purposes
• After Effects or XD/Figma a bonus
