You’ll join a dynamic, fast-paced content design team where you’ll craft engaging materials for both online and learning initiatives. You’ll work alongside a welcoming group of graphic designers, animators, and content developers who believe that collaboration and creativity are at the heart of every successful project. What you will be doing

Roles and responsibilities include:

Visualise and bring a creative perspective to a variety of design projects

get to experience working with some of the world’s best brands

Be involved at every stage of a project allows you to develop a wide range of new skills

You will develop a strong communicative relationship with your team and manager who will support you along the way.

Engage with clients and colleagues directly to help them reach their creative goals

Learn to work as part of an efficient team

Collaborate with and support other teams within the business

Take pride in the consistency and quality of your design throughout project production

Who we are looking for

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

Qualification: You will have a graduate-level qualification (or similar) in an Art and Design discipline

Design Experience: A portfolio showcasing original work that demonstrates an excellent understanding of design fundamentals and knowledge of design software e.g. Adobe Illustrator. Experience using Adobe with Photoshop, Indesign and After Effects is a bonus

"Build to grow" mindset: You will be capable of providing and receiving honest feedback and work in a collaborative and supportive environment with other designers

Adaptability: Be keen to develop your knowledge and skill through new design experiences

Communication skills: You will be able to communicate, manage and guide design expectations with colleagues and customers. You will be proactive in developing their knowledge of, design trends and techniques
