Job summary

LGBT Foundation is seeking an experienced Grants & Contracts Manager to lead funding applications and tenders, build strong funder relationships, and ensure effective grant and contract administration and compliance.

You will have proven experience of writing and submitting successful funding applications to trusts, foundations and statutory funders, with strong financial literacy and organisational skills. Line‑management experience is preferred and tender processes are an advantage.

Qualifications

• Experience writing and submitting successful funding applications to trusts, foundations and statutory funders.
• Excellent persuasive writing, financial literacy and organisational skills.
• Line-management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead on researching, writing and submitting major funding applications to statutory sources and trusts and foundations at local, regional or national level.
• Oversee contract compliance across all grants and contracts and manage funder stewardship and fundraising targets.
