Job summary

LGBT Foundation is seeking an experienced Grants & Contracts Manager to secure sustainable funding and lead compelling funding applications. The role will build strong relationships with funders and partners, oversee contract administration and compliance, and drive funding initiatives in a national charity context based in Manchester.

You will ideally have line-management experience, strong persuasive writing, financial literacy and experience with trusts, foundations and statutory funders.

Qualifications

• Experience writing funding applications to trusts, foundations and statutory funders.
• Strong persuasive writing, financial literacy and organisational skills.
• Line-management experience desirable and commitment to equality.
