Job summary

Police Now is seeking a Grants and Proposals professional to secure income from grants, bids and tenders, and to manage contracts with partner forces and organisations. You will lead end-to-end bid processes, identify opportunities, prepare compelling applications and provide reporting on outcomes.

A strong background in fundraising, contract management and compliance is essential. You will work in a hybrid office setup in London with a focus on growth, accountability and delivering impact

Qualifications

Proven track record securing income through grants, bids, tenders or other funding.
Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail and persuasive proposal writing.
Experience drafting or reviewing contracts with partner organisations.
Ability to manage complex projects to tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

Lead bids and tenders from identification to submission.
Identify grant opportunities including charitable or corporate funding.
Prepare applications, budgets and supporting evidence with clear reporting on outcomes.
Draft, review and maintain contracts and ensure compliance with requirements.
